Agent Orange Agent Orange is a toxic herbicide used extensively by the U.S. military to clear dense forests in the Vietnam War and the Korean War in the 1960s. These chemicals have been proven to cause serious and fatal diseases that take years to develop. Thousands of veterans have already received compensation through the original class action lawsuit against the manufacturers of Agent Orange. Unfortunately, the benefits of the original settlement ended on December 31, 1994. On June 9, 2003, a Supreme Court decision opened the door for veterans who have been diagnosed with an Agent Orange condition after 1994 to pursue claims against the manufacturers. If you have been diagnosed with any of the following diseases included on the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) Agent Orange list and you did not receive compensation in the previous class action, please see if you qualify to seek compensation for injuries resulting from Agent Orange exposure:
If you or a loved one need a lawyer or a legal consultation because of exposure to Agent Orange in Dallas or in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, call David E. Jones at (214) 891-6606 or submit an online questionnaire. |
